| 209 | Reuben was a Farmer with 1 Domestic Servant and 2 Farm Labourers. Mary Maria and William Furse were both going to school. | Family: F362
| 210 | Reuben was still a Farmer and employer on Bovey. Daughter Mary was working at home, but no occupation was given. The whereabouts of the 2 boys is unknown. Mary B Banbury, sister in law, widow, living on own means, was with them, as was a visitor William H A Vickers, a "Congregational Evangelist". | Family: F362
| 211 | Samuel was described as a widower when he married Elizabeth. | Family: F61
| 212 | She signs her name Catherine, which shows she is literate, and gives a clue as to how the mother's name should be spelled, since it is seen variously with a 'K' and/or with an 'a' in place of the first e. Catherine and John Balson witnessed. Balson is the mother's maiden name, so they are likely cousins. | Family: F81
| 213 | She was a bit young to be married (16), but it's not out of the question, and "Susannah Harris" is quite a unique name. | Family: F77
| 214 | She was of Penryn. | Family: F477
| 215 | spec lic | Family: F8
| 216 | Sylvester E Charlton and Carrie Paddock witnessed. | Family: F35
| 217 | The 1920 census enumerator appears to have written an "M" under the marriage column but overwritten it with a "D", indicating that he was divorced. There was also only he and his partner living there. | Family: F138
| 218 | The date of the marriage is not known, but he was not married when he entered the military, does not appear to have married when in the military, and was discharged in 1919. | Family: F120
| 219 | The divorce is assumed to have taken place in Portland, since Fred is known to have been living there, and continued to live there afterwards. | Family: F136
| 220 | The IGI gives St Columb Major as the marriage place. | Family: F476
| 221 | The IGI has her surname as Milton, Phillimore's transcript gives it as Millor, but the date and place of the marriage are the same. | Family: F1
| 222 | The IGI has the marriage place as Saint Minver, but the Phillimore transcript says Warleggan. | Family: F475
| 223 | The IGI has two separate entries for Thomas Mallett with a son William in Mylor (christening dates are 1 day apart). In the one case the mother's name is "Deany", in the other it is "Joany". Phillimore's transcript of the Mylor register shows a Thomas Mallett marrying Deana Pollard in 1680, 4 years prior to the christening of the above mentioned William. Therefore "Deany" and "Joany" have been combined with Deana Pollard. | Family: F8
| 224 | The Margery Mallet(t) who married Abraham Luxton was originally thought to be the daughter of Oliver of Ash, since she was the only Margery in Iddesleigh who fit the bill, but Oliver describes Margery as Margery "Olde" in his will. Her first husband might have died, and then she might have married Abraham Luxton, but then the entry in the parish register likely would have been Margery Olde rather than Mallett. She was also about 60 years old in 1658, so unlikely to be marrying. It is much more likely that this Margery, connected to the Iddesleigh Mallets through her grandfather Hugh (Oliver's brother), is the one who married Abraham Luxton. Her mother died when she was still a minor, so her Iddesleigh cousins may have taken her in, and that would explain why she was married in Iddesleigh. | Family: F115
| 225 | The marriage date is set at 1634 to allow for the fact that both children were minors in 1652 when Susan's estate was probated. | Family: F318
| 226 | The marriage is assumed to have taken place in Seattle, since that is where the Pullen's lived afterward, but it may have occurred in Portland, where Agnes lived previously. | Family: F388
| 227 | The marriage record describes William as Soldier. Both were said to be from Penryn. | Family: F478
| 228 | The marriage record indicates that Ann was from Penryn, but says nothing about James, so he must have been from St Gluvias. | Family: F10
| 229 | The marriage record indicates that he was "of the Inner Temple". | Family: F492
| 230 | The marriage record notes that he was from Penryn, but says nothing about her, so she must have been from St Gluvias. There was another Mary Mallett in Budock b 1780 that might have married John Dowling, but this one was chosen because she was born in St Gluvias. This might also be the Mary born in St Gluvias in 1774. | Family: F5
| 231 | The marriage took place in Fowey, where the Rillstons lived. The registration district was St Austell. | Family: F437
| 232 | The marriage was registered in Okehampton — they may have been married somewhere else. | Family: F113
| 233 | The only Joseph that fits with this marriage had a daughter in Saint Mabyn, which is not particularly close to Saint Cleer where the marriage took place, but is close enough to be feasible. | Family: F329
| 234 | The photo was taken in 1927, and they were described as newlyweds. | Family: F330
| 235 | The transcribers had trouble with Paulina's name - it is entered twice, once as Banbury and once as Bambury. A check of the 1891 census index indicates that Banbury occurs much more frequently than Bambury in Cornwall, and Banbury was transcribed from her birth registration, so Banbury was the variation chosen. They also apparently couldn't make out the last letter of her second given name, but her death and birth registrations show it to be "a", so her second given name has been recorded here as "Paulina". | Family: F334
| 236 | The two "John and Jane" families in Menheniot and St Germans have been combined because of the proximity of the two places, the fact that the dates run together perfectly, and the absence of any other John and Jane in the area. The marriage in St Ewe, though a goodly distance from the other two places, fits perfectly with the birth of the first child. | Family: F21
| 237 | Their address changed, but Walter was still a Watchmaker, working on "Own Account" at home. There were no children listed in 1891 or 1901, so it is perhaps safe to say that they were childless. | Family: F371
| 238 | Their first child appears to have been born in 1695, so the marriage date and their birth dates are estimated back from the event. | Family: F378
| 239 | There are 2 Bickleighs in modern (2003) Devon, one just to the north of Plymouth, and one north of Exeter. William and Mary took up residence at Meavy, which is closer to Plymouth than to Exeter, so the one near Plymouth seems the likely venue for the marriage. | Family: F24
| 240 | There are 2 marriages for this couple in the IGI, both with the same date — one is in "Lanteglos by Camelford", the other is in "Lanteglos by Fowey". Lanteglos by Camelford has been chosen as the most likely because it was from the extract of the parish register, whereas the other was from a collection of marriages from various parishes. Phillimores marriages shows the marriage in Lanteglos by Camelford too. This marriage has been attributed to this William because in land transactions after his father John's death, he is said to be from Stoke Damerel, and his son was born in Stoke Damerel. | Family: F176
| 241 | There is direct evidence that William R is the father of William Wesley, through the latter's death certificate. There is only indirect evidence for Jennie and John. Jennie's will mentions several nieces who can be linked to John and William Wesley through the 1901 census and marriage certificates for two of them. This establishes that John and Jennie and William W are siblings, and that all of them likely have the same parents. | Family: F295
| 242 | There was a Joan Mallett who married William Harry in Launceston in 1724 that could be this Joan, but this marriage is more likely, being in her home parish. | Family: F2
| 243 | There were 2 additional daughters, but the oldest one was missing. William was still a Civil Service Clerk, and the family has moved. | Family: F447
| 244 | There were 6 children in the family other than William, who was the oldest: Henry, 20 Susan, 18 James, 13 Catherine, 11 Elizabeth, 9 Octavius, 4 All of the brothers and at least one sister (Kate), along with their mother, emigrated to Toronto after their father died, and at least for a time, all lived together at the same place, apparently 107 Church at the corner of Richmond. Octavius became quite prominent in Toronto as a dealer in Pianos, and is perhaps the only one to have had offspring who survived and had offspring of their own. | Family: F446
| 245 | There were children, but names are unknown. | Family: F285
| 246 | There were two Mary Malletts in St Gluvias who might have married Thomas Wills; one born in 1794, the other in 1796. This one was chosen because she was a bit older, and would have been at least 21 when she married. Both Mary and Thomas were of Penryn when they married. | Family: F39
| 247 | They had 9 children. | Family: F193
| 248 | They had children. | Family: F313
| 249 | They had children. | Family: F310
| 250 | They had children. | Family: F309
