  Census: Hugh the younger was living in East Budleigh, presumably attending school there. Hugh the elder's occupation was listed as Ind, which, presumably, means "of independent means". Charlotte Coventry, niece, age 19 and unmarried, born in London, was a visitor. Hugh the younger was in the army and living in the London area.
