Hap Burnham located the Residence: Illustrated Historical Atlas of Province of PEI (J.H. Meacham Company, 1880), p. 112 depicting Lot 54 location of 250 acre farm of Wm. Burdett on Dundas Road (adjacent to the lands of Alex Hunter, Donald Nicholson, and Frederick Wood).
William and parents Richard and Sophia Burdett and family immigrated to Rocky Point in 1848.
