The person to the left of Harold and the dog is also unknown, but is thought to be a cousin, perhaps a Walton or McLeod. Immediately to the left of Harold (looking at the photo) is Albert Weber, Harold's brother in law. In the centre of the front row is Henry Weber, Harold's father in law. The photo was taken during the grand opening of Harold's Hatchery expansion.

Mary's husband John was to have been the executor of her estate, but he predeceased her. Mary had named her cousin Isobel Miller as an alternate to her husband, but Isobel declined to serve. As a result the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary acted on Mary's behalf, and the will was probated. Nothing more is known as to the liquidation/distribution of Mary's estate, worth approximately $10,000.00. Probate ended in January of 1991. Since Mary had no children, she named four cousins as her heirs: Harold Mallett, Elmer Roland, Donna Unwin, and Isobel Miller.
